ABOUT NECA

The Nigeria Employers' Consultative Association (NECA) is the foremost Umbrella Organization for all Employers in the Organized Private Sector of Nigeria. It was established in 1957 as the voice of Business, representing the interest of Employers in the Private Sector on Socio-economic and labour issues. NECA represents the Organized Private Sector of Nigeria at the International Labour Organization (ILO), the International Organization of Employers (IOE), Federation of West Africa Employers (FOPAO) and many other global fora. With over four thousand (4,000) direct and indirect member-companies and thirty-five (35) Sectoral Employers Federations, the Association remains a dependable promoter of organized business, investment promotion, job creation, decent work and national development.
